Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Time

Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days, but please allow additional time for unexpected carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your Moodieez along the way.

Delays

While we do our best to get your order to you quickly, Moodieez™ is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect address information.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package shows as delivered but you can’t find it, please check with your local carrier or neighbors. If you still need help, contact us — we’re here for you.
